Kelowna Women's Shelter supports women and children currently experiencing or at-risk of abuse.
We are the only shelter for women and children in Kelowna. We offer a safe haven in parallel with wrap-around services like group therapy, counselling, and housing assistance. Because mental health, physical health and emotional health are all connected.
Getting help isn't always easy. Sometimes, hiding feels safer than speaking up.
